Copy Vista Drive

I have Vista running on the 80G G: drive and would like to copy everything on
the G: to the 115G D: drive...........is that possible or do I reload
everything from scratch???

You could copy the partition from G: over to D: using a 3rd party
utility like BootIT NG and reset the parameters in boot.ini.

It has a 30 day trial period which should get the job done.

You need an install if you want to boot from your D: drive.

Then use transfer Fi;e and Settings to move everything to the new drive?

You will need some sort of drive image software to copy the drive over,
Paragon Drive Backup 8.5 worked for mine right in windows. Note you will
have to reactivate windows if you image it to a new HDD.
