Copying file to another folder in Vista

How do you copy a file to another folder in Vista? I don't mean by
right-clicking or by dragging and dropping.

Instead, I would like to be able to do it in the way that you could so it in
XP. Namely, by highlighting the file, going to the File or Edit menu (I
can't remember which one), and copying it (or cuting if you prefer) to a new
location.

In the Windows Dialog in Vista, I don't see either the File or the Edit
menu.

Just because Microsoft is DUMB, by default they hid the Menu bar from
sight. I guess to give Vista a cleaner look. You can bring the Menu
bar back by going to Windows Explorer, select Organize, then Layout
then clicking the show Menu Bar option. You then can click on one or
more files the old fashioned way and copy and paste them elsewhere by
going to EDIT on the Menu Bar that now will appear at the top of the
Windows Explorer window.

Select organise and then layout and menu bar and you will have the XP
menu bar back

Since the current OS we're referring to is Vista,
You WONT "have the XP Menu Bar back".
Instead, you will have the "VISTA menubar displaying".

One of the most useful things you can do is to add Copy To and Move To
functions to your right -click menu. See this tutorial for how to do it
