Hoping someone can help! Both my husband and I took photos on a recent trip
to Canada.
I can easily copy mine to a CD, as this is an option on the right-hand side
of the documents page.
My husband, who has the same operating system, does not have this as an
option and we don't seem to be able to figure out how to get his photos to
the CD.
Can someone suggest what to do?

Check to make sure that you CDRW drive is enabled.
Right click on your CDRW drive, select Properties, Recording tab, Enable.

If that is correct, you could try:-
1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Type the following in the textbox: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
(Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...)
4. Press Enter.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm not much of a computer person: so where
do I find the CDRW drive?Sorry to be a pain!
