Corel 13 not openeing

When trying to open Corel 13 I get the following message, "Unable to create a
DOM document, Class not registered, Verify that MSXML4 is installed"

After canceling this message it ends with, " Valid workspace file not found
at the path specified"

This only started to happen yesterday afternoon. I noticed that the latest
Microsoft automatic updates were installed on 16 November 2006.

How do I get Coral 13 to work. ( I have uninstalled and re-installed Corel 13)
