Corporate Branding of Vista Business

Hello, I am looking to take our corporate graphics and brand the computer for
our company logo's. I'd like to use our company wallpaper on all users
default desktop wallpaper (not FORCING them to permanently have our corporate
wallpaper), and the account icon graphic and the company default website.

We have a kiosk where users from our company log onto a general computer and
I'd like to disable the Welcome Center and the sidebar, and I don't know if
you be able to or are willing to discuss that.

All of those settings can be made with the utility for Group Policy.
