Failed isn't very descriptive. We know nothing about your machine or setup.
Hardware, drive types, number, partitions, etc. Did you check the BIOS to
see if the boot priority is set properly. What exactly happened and is
happening when you fail. Did you try the F8 options like 'last known good'
safe etc.?
