Corrupt password?

My son's password for Messenger seems to be corrupt, (he swears he didn't
change it). On every PC that the password is saved on he has the same
problem, it won't log him in because of a wrong password. The other problem
is that he's given his Hotmail address as the one to send the password
reminder to, but obviously he can't log in to retreive it! Also he's
forgotten the answer to his memorable information. Is there anything he can
do to get back into his account?

Thanks Jonathan
