Corrupt ReCycle Bin

When I put something in Recycle Bin; it deletes it right away. When I drag
it from the desktop to the Recycle Bin it remains in there until I delete it.
What's up?

Did you check the properties of the Recycle Bin to make sure that "Do not
move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted" is not
checked?

Try deleting the Recycle Bin then add it back. Right click the Desktop >
click Personalize > under 'Tasks' > click Change desktop icons > uncheck
'Recycle Bin' then recheck it > click OK.

Andre,
I have Super Ad Blocker installed; and it was configured to empty Recycle
Bin everytime it was running. Thanks for your help; should have checked what
I had running before I hollered for help.
