Hi LennyP,

You can create a new user account for it, and delete the old one when
you transfer the personal user folders over to the new one.

CREATE NEW ACCOUNT:

DELETE OLD ACCOUNT & TRANSFER FILES:

Thanks,
I was wondering if it could be repaired somehow, but, I guess it is easier
and better to make new and delete old?

LennyP,

I suppose you could try to do a "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) command to
see if it will repair it for you. This tutorial will show you how. You
could also try a System Restore or Repair Install. See the related
links in the same link below.

If it is just the user account, then creating a new one and deleting
the old one may be the easiest way to go.
