| unable to extract it to a directory it runs automatically and then says the
| files already exists.
Place the downloaded file in a folder called C:\temp
Try this from Start, Run -
C:\temp\windowsupdateagent30-x86.exe /X:C:\temp
You'll be asked to run the file - it will then extract to the C:\temp folder.
