Hello...I hope this doesn't stump you as bad as it did, although I am no
computer expert...lol I tried to install windows update...tried to install SP
2 directly..those all failed...and what's worse, my poor comupter keeps
trying to fix itself...and I don't know what to do. My update log file is
HUGE...and I contacted customer service, twice...and all my e-mail I tried to
send to the tech...(typed AND pasted addresses given by tech in address
bar)...each returned my mailer daemon as user unknown...tried replying to
e-mail, (although it says not to)
...tried sending it to
, and EVERYTHING...but I can't.. It is very
frustrating...he wanted my Sys info file, and i tried to zip it like he told
me...it wouldn't let me...so I tried to send the entire file like it
was...and my update log file he also requested...all were returned by mailer
daemon...it appears that all of my mail is getting sent back for some
reason...PLEASE HELP!!! My cdrw no longer works either...I have downloaded Xp
SP 2 on floppy discs, but I'm afraid it will ask me for the windows
disc...(which i no longer have...lost in a house fire...HO HUM!!) I'm
assuming it will load the drivers for the cdr like it said it would...and not
ask for the cd...but you never know. THANK YOU SO MUCH...ANY HELP WOULD BE
APPRECIATED.
