I couldn't update my e-Vectra

I have got a E-Vectra with window 2000. I couldn't update it. The message i
got from Update Home is "


[Error number: 0x8DDD0004]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. Take the following steps to try solving the problem:
Refresh the page.
In Internet Explorer, delete your Temporary Internet Files by going to the
Tools menu and clicking Internet Options.
Close and then re-open Internet Explorer.
I have taken the steps above, still not good. what happened to me? Can you
help me?

ActiveX controls may not load as expected in Internet Explorer due to defense in depth
changes introduced in cumulative security update 896688 (MS05-052)

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x8ddd0004 error

Error that you see in the upper-right corner when you visit the Windows Update Web site on
a Windows XP-based computer: "[Error number: 0x8DDD0004]"
