cp error

when i go on sites like youtube, myspacetv, daily motion, veoh, and any other
video sites, the screen for the video is white and an error pops up that say
something about a a problem that the web page wasnt performed prorperly or
functioned properly and the black screen never pops up, plus i can't download
nothing at all, everytime i try to, a error pops up and i can't get on
windows media player neither........i don't understand whats wrong, it can be
the monitor. how do i fix this problem, where do i go to fix this? I can't
even update my computer. I recently got thidss computer and the former owner
had to clean so stuff off, i think he deleted o locked the wrong stuff. do
you knowwhats going on.
