are you absolutely you are virus/malware free?
Is your AV program up to date.
Are you fully patched from MS
If not, you are probably infected.

I too am having a problem CPU performce showing 100% while not other
application are working. I 've confirmed two times to be virus free. I have
run sybot software too. The only notable item is the securty log is showing t
pocess number 560 every second. Thi may not be related for all objects should
trigger this log event.

I am having this problem as well and have downloaded all sorts of spy removal
and run all sorts of virus software to no avail. I am not running SP2,
however, I did down load it, saw that it was causing problems w/ my other
programs and rolled it back. Any help from anyone would be much appreciated.

Could this be a driver issue for IE 6.0?
