Merry Christmas! Here's a little story on how I cracked the "Vista Code
'!

During the time after Vista's release I noticed a group of people actually
liked the new Microsoft OS.
The more they used it the more they liked it. Now this was disturbing. As a
person of technology, I saw right away that Vista
had an alarming amount of problems and very low quality. I was a beta tester
long before it was officially released, and the more I used it, the more
disgusted I became with vista.

Normally there should not be not even one person on this planet who would
actually like vista. But there were... and some liked it with fanatism!

There must be a reason why there was a hardcore fan group that ignored all
facts given to them, testimonies by hundreds of people.
Of course they were dumb, but they could not be THAT dumb.

So I started looking for an explanation.... perhaps there was something
about vista that made a group of people like it while others would be immune
to its influence.

Perhaps there was a missing code that was waiting to be cracked!

Then in a flash, an idea came to me!!!

Perhaps there was something in the actual display of vista that was somehow
effecting the user?
Now I did not use a 3d accelerated directX10 compatible card with vista on
my test machine.. so I never had the "aero glass" effect.
But I noticed that almost everyone who was a vista fanatic was using this
aero glass interface!

Perhaps this was a clue to unravel the vista mystery!

What I did was to rig a high resolution beta video tape recorder onto an
aero glass capable machine and recorded the video output..
I then studied the results of the recording frame by frame. As one would
suspect I did not see anything at all. Perhaps my hunch was wrong.
But then I remembered vista has DRM technology. Like some DVD's are able to
detect when a recording device is connected to its output, perhaps Vista
also had this capability, thus it was hiding its true nature???

I had to avoid all electronic devices... so I did the unimaginable.. I found
an old film camera I used for special effects and animations, and I rigged
it
up in front of the vista screen. I set up the machine to record twice as
fast as normally, in film you have 24 frames per second, so I doubled the
speed to 48. If there was something on the vista display I would catch it
this time.

And I DID!!!! After the recording and studying of the film I noticed flashes
of faint letters forming words on the Vista screen! These flashes lasted
only a split of a second, or about 1/50th of a second, but they were there!
The words and phrases all were positive propaganda towards vista!
Vista is good, vista is fantastic etc... other phrases were like this, you
are happy, you feel good.. etc.!!

I knew I found the REASON!!! THAT was why some of the users were totally
brainwashed about vista. Because they WERE being brainwashed!
From my studies in the human mind .. I knew that if you flashed images or
words in front of the eyes of the viewer fast enough, their conscious mind
would not see them, but the unconscious part of their mind would!

Vista has been brainwashing you to like it!

So there you have it, and now you know.....

note: the above story is fictional, dah....

In the 60's, people took LSD to make the world weird. Now
the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.

No, I'm not aware of many things, but then I didn't make the OP. When
you call someone an idiot or a dork, you should pay attention who you
are posting to.
