Crash on doing anything related to contacts

I bring up the contact menu to send a message or anything and the minute I
select what I want to do, bam, instant freeze and crash. I will not be
putting 9.0 back in here unless I find out what to do. Any ideas?

I already cleaned out all my old Live stuff, including all registry entries,
files, and folders left behind by Live. Even did a virus scan (after finding
I had H@TKEYSH@@K.dll), adware scan (Dump the FLAT STOMACH ADS), and complete
registry cleaning using Registry Clean Expert.

Any problems caused by software made by leading manufacturers is always the
users fault, never the manufacturer. That''''s the real world of computer
software manufacturers, deal with it.
