Crash Dump Driver

I'm getting the following error in the event viewer:
"the system could not successfully load the crash dump driver"
The event ID is 45 and the source is volmgr.

I'm running Vista Home Premium 32bit on a Gateway GT5238E w/dual processor
and 2 gig of ram.

I've checked everything that I can think of including increasing the
pagefile size and the error keeps appearing.

Any help would be appreciated.
