Turn off auto restart. Right click on Computer>Properties>Advanced System
Settings. In there you want to click on the settings button under the
Startup and Recovery area. Uncheck the box for auto restart on system
failure. Then when the problem reproduces itself report back with the Stop
Error code that should look like this:
0X000000ZZ Where the ZZ is a alpha numeric combination. This will give us
the error code to work with. There should also be in all Caps a STOP code in
words. Like IRQL not less or equal or whatever is causing your issue.
Get us that info and we can try to help you out. You can do as suggested
and call Dell support if you wish.
