crash

My computer crashes,it just stops ,it's like the power supply gets cut off.
It happened while I was playing a game on-line,of course after that I did not
go back there.Today, it happened again and again while playing a game
on-line.After the first time it happened,I would reboot and it was okay,but
today,after I rebooted, it got as far as the windows logo and crashed again.
After about 3 reboots,I am back on. can anybody help?

This is not a windows update issue but a hardware issue so post in the
hardware group microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware
