crashing repeatly no pattern obivious

mcafee say no virus ,,microsoft says no worn or virus ...over and over it
crashes..microsoft says maybe a device driver but i haven't aadded any
hardware in a long time and all drivers are up to date. i have a lexmark x75
someone said maybe ...i need help. thankyou debora

Could be a hardware problem - check the cooling fans are working correctly
