I checked through the web and the file "C:\Windows\Syte
32\tsdiscon.exe" should be there by default in Vista before or afte
SP1. I found links with it included as far back as Windows 2000
You might try running a "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) command to see if i
can replace that system file for you. This will show you how if needed
