Created Folders Come Up Missing & Forwarding Drafts

I am not a happy camper here...recently got a new pc with Windows 7 and it
does not allow me to use my older version of Office XP Pro. FORCE ME TO
UPDATE that now ...Windows Live will not allow me to transfer my PST files
and contacts, also I created folders twice and twice they have disappeard!!!

Now I also can not forward certain draft emails I keep for easy few click
forwading. What gives here???
