createing playlists?

I have windows7/wmp12.
I cant create a play list.when I try I get a little blue box that gives me a
choice to close or get web help.When I get web help, it opens a page that
says 'there was a error using wmp,no additional information is available".I
have a playlist I made weeks ago and it works just fine,but I cant make any
more.

What's the exact URL of the page that opens when you click Web Help?

Restoring the media library might fix this. This can be done in WMP,
through Tools - Advanced - Restore media library. Note that restoring
the media library will make you lose all play counts, and possibly
ratings too.

Can you rip CDs? It sounds like your Rip location may be invalid. You
may want to check your Explorer libraries: if an invalid path is
specified there, weird things can happen.
