creating an e-mail account

i,m trying to create an e-mail account using Windows Vista Mail and they
want me e-mail server(incoming and outgoing) and don't know what those are?
What do you suggest i do?

You need to enter the correct settings in order to access your email
account.
Your email account provider has that information.

For the Yahoo Plus account, to access their POP3 server...
