Greetings,

I am a relatively new user to Windows Vista and was wondering how to create
a data source? I have gone to the Control Panel, but I see nothing that
looks like an ODBC Administration tab.

Data Sources (ODBC) is in the Administrative Tools folder in Control Panel.
