Creating a restore point

When I try to create a restore point thru the system protection link, the
system properties dialog box pops up. I don't have the create check mark box
list option displayed in any of the tabs. System restore points are available
and selectable. by date, etc.

Right-click on the Computer icon in the Desktop, and choose Properties
In the left pane, click System Protection
Click the System Protection tab, and then click Create.
