Creative web cam live pro problem

I am getting a message that my web cam software is not certified with
Micrisoft, if I click " contine anyway " I get the famous blue screen & have
to shut down my computer. I don't know why this is happening as I have had
this web cam for a year now. Any help as to how to rectify this problem would
be appreciated.

Which windows version? Did you take a windows update driver?

Hi there,

You should never take drivers from windows update unless you want problems,
always take drivers from the manufacturers website in this case that would
be: http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/ choose the right driver for
your cam than download and install and all should be fine again.
