Creative WebCam Live doesn't work with MSN IM?

HELP!

I can't get this to work!!

It was it is trying to connect to the receipient's
computer/webcam.... but, time out error comes after a
while.

If you click the Tools menu, then Webcam settings, does it appear to be working there?
