Critcal Update for SQL Server 2005 SP 2 (KB933508) keep failing

I'm using Vista x64 OS with SQL Server 2005 client tools and Visual Studio
2005 installed on it. I have already installed SQL Server service pack 2 and
Visual Studio 2005 sp1 (also installed sp1 for visual studio 2005 for vista)
from redistributable setup but Windows Update keep reminding for these
updates and whem install both of them keep on failing

Critcal Update for SQL Server 2005 SP 2 (KB933508) keep failing with Error
Code 736D

Visual Studio 2005 Service pack 1 with Error Code 643

Can you post the contents of the summary.txt file located in
%programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG so I can take a
look?
