Critical Update : CXT modem software update released on September 08 2003

Windows just tried to install this on my PC through Auto Update today. I
cannot find anything on this update at all. What the heck? Anyone have any
info on it? I've been running WinXP since last December and been getting all
the updates. Why is this one trying to install now when it was released
almost a year ago?

No, I haven't uninstalled anything. I'm running a XP on a laptop and don't
even use the modem. Hmmm....strange...My wife received the same update and
she has the exact same laptop.
