I have no idea how to actually FIX the problem.
But, you could 'work-around' the issue, I would think, by
using the 'Power management' settings (from Control Panel)
and set them so that your machines do NOT ever enter the
hibernation state.
(Yeah, not much of a work-around...you will then have to do
a complete bootup. You probably knew this already.)
