Critical Update KB890175 is messed up!

I continually get the "install udates now" reminder in my system tray to
install security update KB890175 which has O KB and has O minutes for
installation. No wonder it always fails to install (Error Code:80070003), it
is an installation with no apparent digital information). All other
installations work just fine, so I can install non critical updates but not
this ZERO KB program that is supposedly critical for security but, then it
has no KB's!! So what could it possible be so important for? Please fix or
get rid of the darn thing so I don't have to turn of the warning sign and
possibly miss REAL critical updates some day.
