Critical Update /windows 2000

After clicking the "Install Now" button, the download appears to complete
(according to the bars that fill in the space) but NEVER starts the "install"
section. It just hangs there and even after 30 minutes (ever the optimist!)
nothing happens.

Also when clicking on the link to get online support (supposedly from a real
person), Explorer says it can't find the URL.
