Critical Update for Windows Vista: KB930178

Hello, on/in Vista the little system tray updates icon keeps telling me to
install the update KB930178 but it always fails at the end of the install.

I have tried installing Critical Update for Windows Vista: KB930178 half a
dozen times both from the web install and from a downloaded version on my
desktop. I always get told that the install failed, Error details: 8007371b.

Any ideas?
