crt.msi and Contacts.msi

I appreciate you helping us all with the last two links that you provided.
They are not working.
"A network error occured while attempting to read from the file
C:\...\Content.IE5\2QA2QQHA\crt.msi"
&
"A network error occured while attempting to read from the file
C:\...\Content.IE5\2QA2QQHA\Contacts.msi"

If you are not able to assist with this please let us know who can. I read
almost all the questions but no response from you. Please help us.
