CTI Navigator

I use a service called CTI Navigator where I get daily updates on realestate.
I recently installed Windows XP Pro on my new computer Ver 5.1(Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158:Service Pack 2) I have spoken with The folks at
CTI and they said that they had been in contact with the developers at
Microsoft and that there were some missing lines of code in the Servive Pack
2 Software. When I try to update my Navigator software; I get an UNABLE TO
CONNECT TO SERVER MESSAGE. Can anyone help me?
