interesting theory. I've changed the shortcut for opening Notepad from Ctrl,
Alt, N to Ctrl, Alt, W. The OS still responds to Ctrl, Alt, N - and not the
new combination. How do I go about suppressing this 'Java plugin' , if in
fact it is preventing this feature from working?
