Ctrl-Alt-Delete / Ctrl-Shift-Esc--------Task Manager

Is there anyway to bring back the option to use the key combo, ctrl-alt-del
to bring up taskmgr instead of just Ctrl-Shift-Esc. In XP if u disabled the
welcome screen I think it brought it to a similar screen that Vista
currently does. Not that I haven't already gotten use to Ctrl-Shift-Esc,
just wondering. Thx
