When holding my ctrl key briefly it opens two explorer windows for th
location:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

It is very annoying when I need to use the ctrl key in combination
(ctrl+c, +v, etc).

How can I disable this shortcut option

Hi,

That's not a normal or default behavior, it has to be specific to your
keyboard and its mapping. Have you checked in the Control Panel under the
Keyboard applet?

What model/make keyboard do you use?

Did you install some software that came with it?

It doesn't sound like a Windows Vista function, so I think it might be some
third-party software you are running.

It tells me you might be using Setpoint. Does it have key mapping or
something like that?
