CTXFISPI Error Message

When I try to shut down, I get an error message

"CTXFISPI
CTxfispi.exe - Application Error. The instruction at 0x1f0e0000
referenced memory at 0x1f0e0000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK
to terminate the program."

I get rid of the message box but the computer won't shut down; I have to
manually shut it off with the power button.

I tried restoring to an earlier point; it didn't help.

Anyone familiar with this?
