cubase sx3

hi,

i was hopeing someone would be able to help me. I seem to have a problem
with my cubase programe. when attempting to open it i get a message saying
"error signaled by protected server - synsoacc.dll not located in system
folder" followed by another message "execption processing message c0000013
parameter 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c75b6bf9c" what does that mean? and how can i
fix it? please help....i need my cubease working!!!
