I just read the following Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-048 regarding the
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (824145)
"This update replaces the one that is provided in Microsoft Security
Bulletin MS03-040, which is itself a cumulative update."
The above-mentioned bulletin pertains to the KB828750.
It occurs to me that since I already have the Q824145 installed as indicted
on the IE browser Help-->About and by the Control Panel Add/Remove that this
patch merely supercedes that October 828750 patch. This might explain why I
don't see the KB828750 on the browser help option.
Is this a reasonable conjecture?
