It wouldn't remove it

Said there was a problem that it may have already been removed and did I
want to remove it from the add/remove list.
Windows update again says I need the OE update.
If it was really removed wouldn't it show in the update list as one I needed?
any other way to remove it?

just updated directX and the MS ATI driver (to solve problem with Poser 6)
anymore ideas?
