This problem has been going on for about three weeks now. I don'
really know why. CPU usage is normal, fluctuates between 0 and 25. Th
flash is super distracting. Any help would be appreciated. I cant figur
this one out for the life of me..
I don't have any viruses or rogue processes running that I can see. I
does not occur in safe mode but still does even when I use game booste
(IOBIT program that safely stops many running processes to use cpu powe
for game being played). I'm stumped
It happens as soon as I get to the desktop, and is not affected by if
am running something or not..
