Cursor doesn't stay the same when I reboot my Toshiba Laptop.

I have a custom cursor that I have set but I've noticed when I reboot my
Computer , the cursor is the normal cursor not the one that I have set.
I've noticed I have to go back into the settings and that the cursor picture
is there but I have to click it to activate the cursor.
Any help please?
