cursor floating

windows xp . I installed the service pack 2 everything is
fine, install went smooth, now the only thing is that my
cursor randomly "floats" off the page it just drifts . i
have two computers and after installing SP2 on my second
one, the same thing happens so i know its not my computer.
Anyone else with this problem??? Does MS know about this?

Yes:
My cursor drifted to the left.
Did two things to solve it. I readjusted with less
sensitivity (motion) ( mouse icon in control panel)
and in the hardware tab I updated the driver.
Works fine now. Oh ! I have a logitec usb optical mouse.
