custom emotions/winks/displays dissappear

Hi, don't know if other guys experience the similar problem. I have latest
WLM beta installed, I already lost the custom emotions/winks/displays three
times, everything change back to default.The last one I noticed was happened
after McAfee firewall/Antivirus upgraded to new version(not virus
definition), also the login name/password which I set to remember were lost
too. For the previous two cases, the login name/password were still there.

How can it happen?
