Custom form on network printer

Okay, this is the craziest thing I have every saw. I need help on custom
forms for a network printer. Here is my information:

HPLJ 8150
Custom form is 12 x 8.5

Most computers in my office installed SP2. Out of those computers, here is
my scenerio:

- Some computers, you can view the custom form in the printer "Server
Properties" and use can chose the form under the printer.
- Some computers, you can view the custom form in the printer "Server
Properties" and you CAN NOT chose the form under the printer.
- Some computers, you CAN NOT view the custom form in the printer "Server
Properties" and you CAN NOT chose the form under the printer.

And by the way, Windows Article 838298 does not work. The scenrio is
opposite from what it was prior to installing this stupid SP2. I need help
to get all the printers back to using the custom form under the "Server
Properties" and the printer!
