Custom Install Feature

My father uses XP Office and has SP1. When clicking on Windows Update icon in
notification area, he doesn't get the option to Custom Install or even to
download the software for Custom Install. Not sure why this is. I have XP
Home with SP1 and I downloaded the Custom Install capability some time ago.
Do you have a link for me to give him to download the Custom Install feature
for Updates?
He would like this option every time he downloads Updates. Thank you.
