Customize Day view in calendar

In Outlook when calendar is set to "Day" view, I can set
my work hourse in calendar options so that the hours that
I work are a lighter color than off hours. You can set
this by going to Tools..Options..calendar options and
setting the hours.

By default, the pocket pc software 4.20 is set from 8-5.
How do I change this? I have looked in settings, but
cannot find it.

Take a look at Tweaks2k2 (http://www.pc-counselor.com/downloads.htm).
You can't do this directly. You may also want to take a look at Pocket
Informant (http://www.pocketinformant.com) and Agenda Fusion
(http://www.developerone.com).
